I design systems rather than courses: frameworks for identity, learning and leadership that people and organisations can use without me in the room.
Today I combine more than ten roles across industries: technology consulting, education, research, international communities and leadership roles in global non-profit organisations.
Before that I spent more than 15 years in MarTech, CRM and customer experience at PepsiCo, Alibaba Group, Philip Morris International and Otto Group. Based in Tashkent, working globally. I write more than I speak.

A blueprint for universities, academies and corporate L&D that want to grow people who keep learning, and prove it.
